‘Ace Ventura’ actor dies at 83; also appeared on ‘Seinfeld,’ ‘General Hospital’
A longtime character actor known for his role in “Ace Ventura: Pet Detective” is dead at age 83. John Capodice, who played a police detective named Aguado opposite Jim Carrey in 1994′s “Ace Ventura” movie, died Monday, according to the Pizzi Funeral Home in New Jersey. A cause of death was not announced.
