Detroit Tigers resurgent veteran Javier Baez did something no player has ever one in MLB history against the Boston Red Sox.

DETROIT -- Javier Báez hit two dramatic home runs, including a three-run walk-off blast in the 11th inning, to lead the Detroit Tigers to a 10–9 victory over the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday night at Comerica Park. The Tigers (28–15) won a back-and-forth battle over the Red Sox (22–22) and have taken the first two games of the three-game series.

The entire city of Detroit is lining up to offer its humblest apologies to Javier Baez, whose three-run homer in the bottom of the 11th lifted the Tigers over the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday night.
