Prince William wore white biodegradable sneakers as he walked the “green carpet” at his Earthshot Prize environmental awards ceremony in South Africa.

The royal honored the theme of the environmental awards with a pre-loved outfit and shoes from one of the eco-friendly finalists.

Emmy, Grammy, and Tony award-winning, American actor Billy Porter and celebrated South African television presenter Bonang Matheba have been tapped to host the fourth annual Earthshot Prize Awards in South Africa on November 6.

Fifteen finalists, from countries including Kenya, Indonesia, the UK and Nepal, were competing for a £1 million Earthshot Awards prize.
