Election results: Julie Johnson defeats Darrell Day in U.S. Congress District 32 race
DALLAS — Democrat Julie Johnson has defeated Republican Darrell Day and Liberarian Kevin Hale to become the new U.S. Representative for District 32. The district is currently represented by U.S. Rep. Colin Allred, who chose not to run again in order to challenge Sen. Ted Cruz for his seat. But Cruz defeated him in the election.
