A military judge revived the plea deals for alleged mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and two of his accomplices.

Government prosecutors had come to plea agreements with the three alleged masterminds behind the 9/11 terrorist attack to take the death penalty off the table in exchange for guilty pleas.
