A low-pressure system is moving across the country, delivering rain, snow, and ice to much of the southeast. This same system will be making its way along the east coast early this weekend, bringing a chance for accumulating snow to the tri-state.

Another Colorado storm will bring the chance for accumulating snow during the Thursday morning commute in the Denver metro area. Snow will begin across Interstate 70 between 1 and 3 a.m., spreading to Interstate 25 between 4 and 6 a.

This system could bring roughly 1-3 inches of snow to areas south and east of Denver. President Biden stood next to Gov. Gavin Newsom and pledged full federal support as fires burned through Los Angeles County.
