Conor McGregor is before Dublin's High Court today on the second day of a civil damages assault case. Nikita Hand claims she was pinned down in a 'vicious and violent' attack by McGregor and allegedly told a doctor that she thought he was going to kill her.

The mixed martial arts star Conor McGregor is facing a civil action in Dublin over charges of rape by a former hair colourist, Nikita Hand, who is seeking damage for an alleged sex assault in a hotel in 2018.

Nikita Hand is claiming civil damages against McGregor and another man, alleging she was sexually assaulted. Mr McGregor's lawyers told the court Ms Hand, who has no automatic right to anonymity, is attempting extortion.
