Zac Alley is leaving the Oklahoma Sooners after one season to join the West Virginia Mountaineers as defensive coordinator, according to an ESPN report.

ESPN’s Pete Thamel reports Zac Alley is finalizing a three-year deal to become the next defensive coordinator at West Virginia. Alley will be reunited with Rich Rodriguez who just started his second stint as the Mountaineers head coach.
