NASA reports a 95-foot asteroid, moving at over 11,000 mph, will pass Earth closely on July 31. Despite its size and proximity, it's not considered hazardous.

The space rock came as close as within 4.15 million miles from our planet, according to NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory.
