Philadelphia police are investigating a critical hit-and-run crash involving a bus and a pedestrian in Center City on Sunday night.

A bus driver ran over a 23-year-old in Center City on Sunday night, police said. The man was sleeping on the curb at 13th and Sansom Streets when the unknown bus struck him. The bus did not stop and drove away from the scene.
