Marvel Rivals and Spider-Man 2 are crossing over to promote the release of PlayStation's latest PC port on Steam.

To mark the launch of 'Marvel’s Spider-Man 2!' on PC on January 30, players of the free-to-play third-person hero shooter video game - which launched in December on PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S – will be able to don the web-slinger’s Advanced Suit 2.

Insomniac's version of Spider-Man is heading to Marvel Rivals in a collab that ties in with the PC release of Marvel's Spider-Man 2.

A post about the crossover on the official Marvel Rivals Discord server states that the "Advanced Suit 2.0 blends Otto Octavius's science with Peter Parker's genius. Crafted for the toughest battles, it symbolizes Spider-Man's true grit as a hero."

Insomniac's Spider-Man suit is coming to Marvel Rivals as a new cosmetic the same day that Marvel's Spider-Man 2 arrives on PC.

Marvel's Spider-Man 2 skin, which refers to the Advanced Suit 2.0 developed by Peter Parker using Otto Octavius technology, can only be unlocked by purchasing it through the in-game store. This was confirmed through the official posts revealing the skin's arrival in Marvel Rivals' social media channels.

Marvel Rivals is getting a new Spider-Man suit inspired by the Advanced Suit 2.0 from Marvel's Spider-Man 2. The official PlayStation Twitter account revealed the Marvel Rivals version of the Advanced Suit 2.

NetEase has announced they will be bringing the Advanced Suit 2.0 to Marvel Rivals as a celebration of the launch of Spider-Man 2 on PC on January 30th, 2025.
