Kansas City Royals shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. was hit on the forearm by a pitch and left a spring training game against Seattle.

Royals shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. was struck on the left forearm by a 95 mph fastball and left Wednesday's spring training game in the fifth inning.
