Eberechi Eze believes the 2-1 win over Southampton can be the starting point for Crystal Palace to "kick on" in the second half of the season. Pre-season hopes of a successful campaign were increased following a superb end to last term; however, Oliver Glasner's side have struggled during the first half of the season.

Eberechi Eze scored a second-half winner as Crystal Palace came from behind to round out the year with a crucial 2-1 victory over struggling Southampton at Selhurst Park. The visitors started brightly and took a shock early lead through Tyler Dibling after an excellent run from Kyle Walker-Peters.

Oliver Glasner hopes Eberechi Eze’s winner in Crystal Palace’s 2-1 comeback victory over Southampton will kick-start a scoring streak as the south-London side look to climb further clear of the relegation zone in 2025.
