Kentucky election officials say viral claim has not been reported and “currently only exists in the vacuum of social media.”

As millions of Americans prepare to vote in person on November 5, social media users are claiming an image of a ballot from the state of Kentucky with a pre-printed mark in the box next to Democratic nominee Kamala Harris is evidence of election fraud.

A video allegedly showing a machine not allowing a voter to cast their ballot for Trump went viral on social media.
