BEIRUT - Israel conducted air strikes on Hezbollah’s main bastion in south Beirut on Nov 7, with one raid hitting an area near Lebanon’s only international airport. The pre-dawn raids came after Hezbollah claimed a slew of attacks on Israel, including a missile strike targeting a military base near Israel’s Ben Gurion International Airport.

Lebanon’s Civil Defense service says they have pulled 30 bodies from the rubble of an apartment building that Israel struck the night before. Search efforts were ongoing Wednesday, and it was unclear how many survivors or bodies were still trapped under the rubble.
