Former Baltimore Mayor Martin O'Malley opposes the redevelopment of Harborplace, calling it a misuse of public land, while others support the project as a means for city revitalization.

In a post on social media Saturday, Martin O’Malley called it “a terrible developer grab of public waterfront parkland.”
