On Election Day, Washingtonians will not only vote for a new president but they will also decide several key state races.

Rick Scott won his Senate re-election bid in Florida. Scott touted his victory in a speech as something Washington could "learn a hell of a lot from."

Republican Gov. Jim Justice of West Virginia and his beloved dog, Babydog Justice, is headed to Washington D.C. after the Fox News Decision Desk has projected that he wins the Senate seat.

Vice President Kamala Harris will be in Washington for Election Day, while former President Trump will host his watch party in Palm Beach County, Florida. Harris, a graduate of Howard University, will be back at her alma mater as results start rolling in. Her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, will join her in Washington this evening.
