Nick Kurtz made a little Athletics history on Tuesday night with his towering walk-off home run to beat the Astros.

Nick Kurtz may only be 22 years old, but that didn't stop the first round pick from blasting the Athletics to a clutch victory over the Houston Astros on Monday.

The Astros came into Sacramento on a five-game winning streak, mostly on the strength of great starting pitching, much of it from AAA call-ups. After winning its last two games in walk-off fashion, tonight the Astros got the walk-off treatment themselves, wasting a great performance from another fill-in starter, Ryan Gusto.
