According to the police report, the 12-year-old called 911 after hearing he mother yell “Help! He is trying to kill me.”

The suspect, Makinson Devalcin, 45, was accused of stabbing his partner, Enese Pierre, to death in the early morning hours of Jan. 5.

Tragedy strikes as Enese Pierre is fatally stabbed in a domestic dispute in Osceola County, with an arrest warrant issued for Makinson Devalcin.
