Kid Rock isn't above throwing a tantrum, even when he's in the middle of a performance. The 54-year-old singer proved this during a Feb. 8 performance at Jon Bon Jovi's Nashville bar, where he was welcomed onstage as a surprise guest for Bon Jovi keyboardist David Bryan's birthday celebration.
