A fast-moving wildfire exploded to more than 5,000 acres near the Los Angeles County community of Castaic Wednesday morning, prompting mandatory evacuation orders and road closures, authorities said.

The blaze, being called the Chambers Fire, was first reported at around 6:10 p.m. near Chambers Street and Gilbert Street, according to the Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department. A woman who lost 64 pounds on a compounded form of the weight loss drug semaglutide,
