The craft fair is to help raise funds towards a new Mencap Centre in Scarborough which has been costed at £1.2 million.

North Yorkshire Police say the eastbound carriageway will remain closed for some time, with diversions through Old Malton.

Officers are currently searching for 46-year-old Martin Garbutt, who was last seen at 8pm on Monday 16 June in Glaisdale.
