Baltimore leaders and volunteers are out on the streets configuring data to combat the city's homelessness crisis.

"Along your route you should be looking for individuals who are experiencing homelessness." This is the mission given to more than 200 volunteers Sunday night who packed out the meeting spot "Our Daily Bread.
