ESPN's Shams Charania reported Monday morning that Chris Paul is signing with the Los Angeles Clippers, returning to the team where he starred during the Lob City era.

The 12-time All-Star had some of his best years with the Clippers from 2011-17, and now he's poised to end his career in Los Angeles.

The Clippers seem destined to sign Chris Paul this offseason but the lack of commitment shows that another western contender needs to step up instead.
