The Dallas Cowboys defense hasn't been the same without three-time All-Pro edge rusher Micah Parsons. That's obvious even without looking at the numbers.  However, Parsons could very well return in Week 10 against the 6-2 Philadelphia Eagles after not playing since the second half of Week 4 at the New York Giants because of a high ankle sprain.
