Cleveland Cavaliers star Donovan Mitchell will undergo an MRI on Monday after injuring his left ankle during Sunday's 129-109 loss to the Indiana Pacers in Game 4, head coach Kenny Atkinson said after the game. Mitchell’s availability moving forward remains uncertain as the team awaits the results of the scans.

Donovan Mitchell scored 43 points for a second-straight 40-point outing but this time it didn't come in defeat as the Cavaliers beat the Pacers 126-104 in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference semifinals at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Not only did the Indiana Pacers pull off a Game 4 win to extend their series lead to 3-1 over the Cleveland Cavaliers, they did so in purely dominant fashion. Following the Cavaliers' Game 3 win, there was a chance for Cleveland to even the series.
