Oil prices fell slightly on Friday as the risk that a hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico will affect U.S. oil and gas output declined while the market continues to weigh how President-elect Donald Trump's policies might affect supplies.

Oil prices fell on Friday but were still on track to post a weekly gain, as US oil and gas production was disrupted by a hurricane and the markets weighed whether president-elect Donald Trump would enforce tighter sanctions on some oil-producing countries.
