Yoshinobu Yamamoto added onto what’s been an impressive 2025 season with a dominant performance against the Atlanta Braves to help the Los Angeles Dodgers begin their longest road trip of the year with a win.

The Los Angeles Dodgers are 21-10 through the first month of the season, and received strong contributions from their ace Yoshinobu Yamamoto. Before the start of the 2024 season, the Dodgers signed Yamamoto to the largest contract ever for a starting pitcher at 12 years/$325 million.

Oh how far we've come since Yoshinobu Yamamoto's MLB debut with the Los Angeles Dodgers in March 2024. The expectations were immense, considering the Dodgers gave Yamamoto the largest contract to a pitcher in baseball history before he threw a pitch in the states.
