After two years in Los Angeles, Nick Caley is already on his way out. The Rams’ tight ends coach and passing game coordinator is being hired as the Houston Texans’ offensive coordinator on DeMeco Ryans’ staff.

The Texans are hiring Los Angeles Rams' passing game coordinator and tight ends coach Nick Caley to call plays in 2025. He'll be working with C.J. Stroud to better than the sophomore slump that occurred en route to a second division title.

Pass game coordinator/tight ends coach Nick Caley is now one of the staffers who falls into that category, as the Texans on Monday announced they had hired Caley as their next offensive coordinator.
