Portland voters were asked to select three new City Council candidates after incumbents chose not to seek a second term. And only one of the three school board seats on the ballot had multiple candidates.

Initial results on election night put Keith Wilson in the lead, but another round of ballots is scheduled to be added to the tally on Wednesday afternoon.
