Bell was stopped after speeding at almost 100 miles per hour, police said. She faces reckless-driving, attempt-to-elude and resisting-arrest charges.

A street takeover in North Portland on Tuesday night resulted in the arrests of two teenagers and vehicles being towed, according to the Portland Police Bureau.

Portland Police ended a street takeover, arrested a man for reckless driving, and towed vehicles involved in the incident.

Two vehicles were stopped and one driver, Oscar L. Leal-Mendoza, 19, was arrested for unlawful street takeover and reckless driving. Officers in the area said they also stopped a different driver who was caught going almost 100 miles per hour on North Marine Drive.
