A person died after being struck by a school bus in North Philadelphia Tuesday afternoon, Philadelphia police said. A business owner in the area saw the SUV submerged and told officers, who had been in the area all morning because of the flooding, police said. Both of their deaths are being investigated as drownings, but autopsy results will take about two months to complete.
